He's doing the race too - but the marathon vs. my half marathon. And he likes to panic about things :P
Weirdo.
Glad you liked what you saw on the scale today!

Eggroll in a bowl -- sounds like crack slaw. Got the recipe?

This is sort of the recipe I use. However.. I don't use sausage. I use ground pork or ground turkey or a mixture of the things if I'm doubling (or quadrupling) the recipe. I use a mixture of cole slaw, broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, and mushrooms. I also add about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil per recipe.
It's super tasty and very much like crack slaw. For some reason my family likes this one better.

Clients today, and I continue to study for my licensure exam! Also precooking chicken thighs and roasting lamb for the rest of the month's dinners.
Meal 1: coffee.
Meal 2: Braised bottom round roast, made with tallow I rendered at home, thyme and garlic in the IP.
Meal 3: Same as meal #2.
Meal 4: Making stewed beef heart in red wine, so if I'm under protein, will have some. I should hit 70g with the other two meals, though.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
