Happy Tuesday! It's the time of week before a race when my partner finds it "helpful" to give me constant weather updates about race day. At the moment it's going to be really cold (boo) but not raining (yay) although we might be 3-9 inches of snow following the race and into Sunday (double boo). So that's thrilling. I'm fine with it being cold as long as it is not also wet.

HO-LY LIFE CHANGING WEEK, BATMAN.
So, I moved!!!!! AND I AM ENGAGED. So many emotions. I am on cloud 9. The move was pretty crappy - Uhaul changed my pick up area to the ghetto beyond ghetto and we had no choice but to go, glass pieces of furniture shattering in the road, 2 flat tires on a highway, etc. But, I'm engaged! I am loving my new life, my fiancé, everything.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-804, Fat-18.6g, Fiber-4.2g, Carbs-45.7g, Sodium-2323.3mg, Protein-111.7g, Water-63.2 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 23% from carbs, 21% from fat and 56% from protein.
Today I am going to have my 5 sparrows white mocha, which jacks up my carbs, but I am going to savor my morning coffee before adding my protein. I'll see if I can cut my daily carbs elsewhere. I got on the scale this morning, which is not a weigh day for me, but I did like what I saw. Hope it's still there Friday.
