I did the same thing with Gherkins. They are nice and crunchy and salty but hardly any calorie/carb count. They helped make me feel like I was actually eating something substantial.
im freaking out y'all!!! i am 2 months out today and gained 3 lbs. i dont understand. i get in all my protein and switch up workouts eating 600 cals low carbs and fat. help!!!!!!!
