Shakes, shake, shake. Blech.
But I am so excited. I live in an area with a ton of Asian restaurants and the local Pho place I found out will sell you a large Pho soup, just the broth for $2. Hurray for no more bland boxed broth from the grocery! I have 2 weeks left on protein shakes and clear liquids and this will be a lifesaver.
