Congrats, Rachel. Can't wait to see more pics of your puppy if you want to share some time. Great job on the cross fit, Stacy. Feeling like you, Erin, my menu is getting boring. Nothing tastes that great except for protein shakes. Trying to keep my anxiety/cortisol levels at bay after dog training last night. My dog did well but me. A relative's Great Dane attacked two of my friends and bit me in the lip when we were little. Scary!

B: pork chop (so much for not eating meat during Lent)

L: Fairlife Milk, Chike, ON

D: tuna, pickle, light mayo, lettuce, tomato

S:

E: gym day - treadmill, weight training

Have a great day, Everyone!

What are you training for?

OMG, you have got to be kidding me. He is the cutest, little, bully baby ever!!!!!! Thank you SO much for sharing, Rachel. That face!

Not really training for anything, thought about a 5k but on the fence. When I went in last time I lost 6% muscle mass so they recommended strength training.

Strength training is very important for our bones, for sure!

But what are you training your dog for?

LOL, I gotcha ya! His adopted sister (Alpha) died in Dec. so now he is experiencing anxiety when we walk him around other dogs, cars, etc. He is a German Shepherd mix so we need to nip these behaviors before they get worse. Now we need to practice being the Alpha. He is high energy and a working breed so needs a lot of exercise.

trying to teach this one he is not the Alpha is going to be interesting too.

B, 2 eggs with salsa and an ounce of peppercrack

L, carnitas from a Mexican restaurant.

S, refried beans.

D, ???

I will get another 90+ of fluids.

Exercise will be continuing to separate scrap metals in the garage. I've been sitting on a bunch of scrap metal waiting for the prices to go up. They aren't where I want them to be but I have about $5,000 worth of metals and we are looking at buying a business from a friend and they want $5,000 down. We plan on having this done by the end of the month. We have about 13,000 pounds to process...

Yes it is! When I say 13,000 pounds I'm only talking about stripping it to "clean" stainless. The total weight is 21,000 pounds but we have to separate the plastic, rubber, aluminum and brass to make it "clean". I should also have about 7-800 pounds of brass and 13-1500 pounds of aluminum. A lot of work in a short time.
