Did anyone NOT vomit?
OK, I'll throw down ...
No, I've never vomited a single time post-op -- not even once in the last 2.6 years since I was sleeved.
It's not required. :)

I had no issues with emesis in the first month after surgery. Drinking too much I'd get that weird feeling, not full but "I need to stop", and I thought I would be doing fine! A few days after my one-month I became extremely nauseated and was having trouble even drinking. My doctor suggested I give my pouch a break and go to just skim milk and water.
It didn't help, and for the next two months I threw up every single day, usually 3-4 times a day. I was forcing fluids down enough that I managed to (barely) avoid serious hospitalization but I was starting to become convinced I'd never eat food again. I also ended up with pretty significant muscle wasting because nothing thicker than skim milk would stay down and I was burning through Zofran so quickly my insurance started refusing to cover it!
Ended up being an incredibly mild drainage problem during my healing process, and I feel fine now. Have been eating solids without issue for two weeks post treatment.
I was so nauseous that I dry heaved shortly after surgery -- that was the worst ever (that doesn't even explain it -- like horrible!). Shortly after that the nausea (sp?) went away. Then the only time I had issues was when I ate too much. Be careful, eat slow, follow your guidelines and you should be golden.
2 1/2 years post op and never vomited. Very happy about this because I hate to throw up.

Never. Not once. Haven't puked since 2006. Came close a few times after overdoing it on the sleeve tho, so do be careful. Also don't know what these "foamies" people speak of are.
Heartburn? Oh yeah. When they say go easy on the carbs, they mean it.
Stomach cramps? You ain't felt nothing like a frogurt eaten too fast.
I didn't vomit until 8 months out, when I got food poisoning... Nothing related to the surgery or my new way of eating ever made me vomit.
