Hi Gwen,

I am so excited for you! Does an upper body lift include a tummy tuck? Not real sure. I had the tummy tuck and it was shocking how much of a difference it made, so I would imagine your more extensive surgery would be utterly amazing! I still have a lot of loose skin on the back that needs to go, but no plans on shelling out the money. I think that your surgeries are expensive, but I totally agree that it will help you to stay on track long term and last a lifetime (unlike the fancy car). So happy for you!
