Congrats and good luck. You are so lucky to be able to do this - I'm sure you are going to look and feel more and more amazing with each step. I have wanted a tummy tuck since I got to goal - and it has never hit the top of my $ priority list - but I am expecting a sizable bonus at work this summer and I am hoping to spend it on me! I will enjoy your updates and live vicariously through you for now.

Thanks!! We've been saving for a while, not specifically for this, but we all feel this is a good use for our savings, so it works out well. And it'll be good for me to get this all done before I start looking for jobs instead of trying to juggle this with new job and lack of vacation time, etc.

That is so exciting! You are going to love the results.
I really think getting the plastics has a big affect on not regaining. When you skin is tight gaining a little bit is much more noticable and irritating and for me makes it impossible (well not impossible, but hard) to ignore.
I had a small complication after my surgery and my insurance did cover it. It wasn't big though. So just my experience, but for sure check with yours.

I will definitely check. And, OMG, I scheduled my second surgery today. Since that's how I roll ;)
I do think the whole huge investment of money will help me stay on the straight and narrow too!
