Glad to hear you were encouraged by your NUT visit. No one's ever told me I wasn't eating enough, unless you count MyFitnessPal! It tells me that all the time when I complete my diary for the day. lol!
It's nice to know I'm not the only one around who gets hungry. We'll just keep on keeping on!
