Dr. Michaels is a doctor I am (long term) considering and my BFF lives near him so it's option for him to go to him. Can you tell me how long you waited for your consult? I know so little about plastic surgery, but I'm trying to plan for the fact that I will need time off and money, etc. I have no idea if the consult is months of wait, weeks or days?

Today I officially hit a 100 pounds lost. Well 101 actually. Never thought that would happen in my lifetime. Almost halfway. I've been trying to tighten up my carb intake and loose a good amount before my follow up appointment march 7th.
B: 2 oz deli turkey, 2 slices provolone cheese and coffee
L: 3.5 ounces shredded chicken with a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to change up the flavor
D: taco Casserole with a dallop of light sour cream.
S: protein bar, pork rinds
Vits and water on track
exercise: 30 min elliptical, yoga , lower body lifting
