E: 2.5-3 mile walk on lunch break.
I can get my protein in for the day without dinner factored in, so I figure even if I have to pick just a caprese salad and only eat the cheese that will be ok! I'm a little scared.

So here is the plan. Problem is that I haven not done well following it the last few days:
1 - Protein Shake/Coffee
2- 1/2 banana and 1/2 T peanut butter
3 - 3 strawberries/cheese
4 - left over steak and shrimp

I opted for leftover short ribs instead of pork for lunch. And I got a 98/100 on my exam!

The last couple days have been crazy with a family emergency, so my food schedule is completely thrown for a loop and I didn't get all my protein in today.
Breakfast - One soft boiled egg, one piece of crispy turkey bacon, protein yogurt (which I couldn't finish)
Lunch - 1 slow cooked chicken leg
Dinner - Cajun seasoned grilled fish fillet with a small side of mashed potatoes.
Snack - Laughing Cow Wedge
