Happy Monday!  My only plans today are class and voice lesson, so I'm looking forward to a relatively calm day.  I didn't manage to run my planned distance yesterday due to knee pain, I still ran almost 9 miles, but I'm frustrated that I couldn't do the 13.2 I had planned and I'm worried about this knee pain.  We'll see how things go today.

1: protein shake
2: tuna and guacamole
3: slow cooker roast chicken

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga

How about you?

Oh boy this is going to be a stressful week.  I almost canceled my therapy today just because I don't have time, but I need it so badly, so making it happen.

I'm headed out to California on Wednesday for a convention for work.  3 months ago I was told just to go an observe a bit, but that I didn't have any responsibilities while I was out there -- and that I could bring the family.  Well Disney Land is across the street and I'm bringing the family, but as we are getting closer it seems work is expecting more out of me than orginally planned.  Now I need to figure out how to balance work and family.  It's going to be tiring.

Food -- well this weekend was a bit wild with food.  We did dinner and a moving on Friday night then a hotel overnight birthday party on Saturday.  I'm trying to get back to normal today before I hit the road on Wednesday.

B - fit frappe & coffee

L - salad w/ chicken

Hey everyone! 2 of the 4 foster pups adopted, so it was a lot less puppy craziness in the basement this weekend!  :)  The weather was beautiful and I regretted not getting out and walking the shelter dogs on Saturday, but considering we only had 2 kiddos that were waiting for their families to come get them, I'll take that as a win!  :)  Still lost a pound over the weekend, so I'll take that too!

B: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, 1/3 c. blueberries

L: 3 oz seared boneless skinless chicken breast, 1/4 sautéed spinach, 1/4 c sautéed zucchini

Holy busy life, Batman! Signed the lease for our place last week, and we move in from the 1st - 3rd. Packed a ton yesterday. Only to now realize I need to stop ignoring the annoying pain annoyance in my L foot, I think I have a bone spur? Cool. Packed my scale, but got super sad when I was packing up my room, and clothes that don't fit because they're too small. Welp. And its only a 10 hour day since the ice had me in late today. and I have to run to a mall to get the BF valentines gifts! I am such a slacker, but working and having to pack and shop for the house makes my mind forget things (literally forgot to put on underwear the other day. * I remembered before I left the house though*)

B shake

L tuna salad with lettuce

S if needed either greek yourt, or string cheese, or nuts, or cottage cheese w/ berries

D tuna salad with lettuce

Trying not to snack but if I do, I want to keep these healthier options around

Liquids on point.

Happy Monday, everyone.

We are digging out for another foot of snow in New England.

It was a "Come to Jesus moment" for me yesterday, as I hit a new high in my weight since reaching goal after weight loss surgery.  The truth of the matter is that I either get back on track, or I choose to gain weight.  I can't keep "trying" and failing.  I know that I am using food as comfort, but if I give into that, as I have the past few months, then I'm going to be obese.  If I don't stop it when I'm 10 pounds overweight, why should it be any easier to stop it when I'm 20 or 30 or 50 pounds overweight?  Its now or never, and I just have to do it.

I've been back on plan for about 36 hours.  I have to do it and I have to do it now.

breakfast - salmon

lunch - cheeseburger pie

dinner - chicken and broccoli casserole

snack - Dijon lime chicken
