AM/B: coffee w/ON Protein

L: 30g ground beef, 60g quinoa, Pepperjack cheese stick

D: 1 slice papa johns cheesy chicken cordon bleu thin crust

S: coffee with premier protein

Today I had the same thing ive had everyday for the past week and a half.

B: Protein Shake

L: Protein Shake

D: Strained Potato Soup.

 

Hopefully Tuesday i get to move to my next stage of my diet. which means pureed foods.
