I have shrunk all the way down to XLT from a 3 or 4 XLT.  I don't think I will be getting that much shorter any time soon.  I am only (only) 6'1", but I have short little legs, so the top half of me is in the tall or long range.

King Size Direct is a crap shoot. I have gotten stuff from them that is awful, and other stuff that is incredible for the price.  The local Destination XL store is great for a lot of stuff, but not everything.  Walmart clothes are starting to fit, but they are Walmart clothes - fine for temporary use, but not for the long term.

Thanks LittleBill for posting this. I, too, lost a lot of weight prior to surgery and have been struggling with my decision. I'm 7 weeks out of surgery and my weight loss is going slow. Reading your story made me feel better about my decision.  Thanks again.

Wow, LittleBill, that was an excellent and inspirational post. That is so awesome that you have a wonderful and supportive spouse too. You're lucky to have her, but I am sure she is lucky to have you too. Keep on, keeping on.

Congratulations Bill! I have my 4 month follow up tomorrow. 1/2 pound from 50 pounds. That's 10 pounds over my surgeons 6 month goal...I didn't have to lose weight pre op.

Thanks LittleBill, I needed to read this.  I'm scared $#*&less!

I am scheduled to remove by lapband on March 16 and hopefully be revised to sleeve... I was scared 12 years ago and now I'm older, and even more.afraid of surgery...but don't want to be held back anymore. I can do this!
