Wow!  Late start!

Just got done with arm day.  Can barely type.  But got in a good 30 minutes on the treadmill before, so I'm very happy about that.

 

AM/B: Coffee w/ON Protein

L: Ribeye

S: coffee & premier protein

D: Chicken & Quinoa

S: Peanut Butter Creme Protein Bar

 

Water & VItes

I'm having a "Not Hungry Day". Two days ago, I wanted to eat EVERYTHING.

Going to get my liquids and vites in and go from there.

Zumba cancelled for tomorrow, so I'll need to find something to do for cardio.

Been running around since 6:15, finally home with time to study before dinner.  Yay.

It's like rice in that the flavor is in how you prepare it.  But it's got a nice Crunch, not a nutty Crunch...  it's good.  Has protein.  I recommend it.  I get premise in the freezer from Costco.  It's got kale & has citrus & black pepper.  Tasty!

I'm 3 weeks out so I'm on the eat every few hours and try to get your calories in. 

 

Am- light and fit Greek yogurt

snack Tuna w/avocado 

L- refried beans with taco sauce

Snack tuna w/avocado 

D- refried beans with cheese n taco sauce baked 

S- light and fir Greek yogurt
