Today is a little different than normal because I don't have my regularly schedule math class and it's my partner's birthday!  So with the time I'm gaining from not having class, he and I are going out to lunch to celebrate.  Woo!  He took a week of vacation this week, so it'll be lovely :)  Due to my scheduling, we'll be eating lunch early, and it'll be my first meal of the day.

1: considering a bowl of ramen (it's an asian fusion restaurant.)
2: tofu!
3: leftover roast pork

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: I should run, but there's potential snow and 20+ mph winds, so I'm just going to do yoga today...

How about you?  Having super weird weather wherever you are?

Have a great lunch with your b-day boy, Gwen!

Great job, Rachel!

My day is work, gym, then home to clean the house. Again, so exciting... I have had a few days of not so great eating.  Tuesday was a definite throw away day.  I grazed all evening instead of eating dinner. I rarely do that anymore BUT at least I didn't say EFF IT and settle in for a full on binge.  Yesterday was MUCH better and I had one of the fastest 5k times ever on my run so that felt great. Thank God for NSVs!!

B: Coffee with cream, 4 oz cottage cheese and maybe some boars head turkey

L: Crack slaw with ground turkey

S: 1/2 leftover hamburger patty, SF jello, probably more coffee

D: 4 oz pork tenderloin with salad (i think...)

Exercise: Had a great run yesterday so I'm gonna do about 15 minutes of cardio and then arm weights and core exercises

Have a great Thursday!

Good morning,

We were expecting 8 to 12 inches of snow today, and so a lot of activities were cancelled.  But so far, we've only had a dusting of snow.  I think this may be much-ado-about-nothing!

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - BBQ pulled chicken

Dinner -  taco casserole - made with the fixings but over spaghetti squash rather than tortillas. yum

snack - crack slaw

Have a good day, and stay safe and warm if you are in for a storm.

Hey everyone!  No snow here, but it's cold.  Working until 2pm and then taking off for my 2 month follow-up with Dr. Hoehn and labs being done.  Wish me luck.  :)

B: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, 1/4 c. fresh blueberries

L: noodle less zucchini lasagna, about 3 oz.

   Sugar free cherry jello cup

D: 3 oz chicken tender with 1/3 c. cooked baby carrots and little cream of mushroom soup

Water-lots since the blood draw

30 mins of power walking at work

I think I need to shake up the calories every day too, Rachel, cause I am stuck on weight loss after 4 days of only eating 800 calories daily, never over 40 grams carbs, and always at 60 or above grams of protein.  What gives????  :)

You're still in weight loss mode, but it isn't a 'linear' process.  varying your exercise routine, and your calories may help. but keeping on track, no matter what, is still gonna get you to goal.
