Welcome and check in often. you will find the support and information on this site to be very valuable. I knew no one who had done this when I started and my doctor was in another city so this site was a lifeline of valuable information and connection with others. Going on 8 years and its one of the best things I have ever done.  diane S

Welcome and good luck. I'm 6 weeks post and I feel great. I also love seeing the posts here and found them especially helpful the first couple of weeks. Now I look for inspiration to keep from getting bored. Let us know how you're doing as you go along.
