Thanks so much! So far, so good. Almost zero pain since I came home from the hospital. Getting the fluid in ok and getting a good amount of my protein in as well. Have lost 9 lbs since the surgery and 63 pre-op with. My own diet and three weeks of liquid diet. Looking forward to the new me!

That's fantastic! There is such a range of how people feel/do that I love seeing the "almost zero pain" stories to balance out the "I thought I was going to die" ones . It's my first surgery other than wisdom teeth. I have mine in two weeks.

Thank you. I have had abdominal surgery a few times and this was honestly one of the easier ones. They gave me very strong medication in the hospital and it was making me loopy and nauseous so I requested they stop. They gave me one dose of a different kind and it was all I needed. Haven't even taken Tylenol since I was released. Had a little bit of cramping last night but I know it's just the healing process.
