Where moderation got me ...

Wow, impressive strength.  I couldn't climb a rope if I had to. I've never been able to.  That's amazing that you can do that.  Moderation for me is finding a happy balance. Healthy eating but still enjoying  things I like to eat.  Unfortunately, I can't do moderation in some things. I have to cut them out or they become unhealthy for me.  For me, eating fast food and sodas are something I can't allow back in my life.  They take over. I haven't had a soda in a  year and I recently started eating fast food and it's led to a stall.

I totally agree.  I haven't had diet coke in 3.5 years.  Oh I'd love it, but it just doesn't work for me.

AWESOME!  You are finding your happy spot!  I think that is, like, the coolest thing.  This time around for me, I'm not losing as quickly.  I could exercise more. Probably should exercise more.  But I exercise three days a week with a trainer.  My body is being defined differently now then when I lost my weight the first time.  I got down to 144 before.  I'm not gonna lie, I would love to get down to that again, but with the training I'm doing, I don't think my weight will have to get that low to be that size again.

Thank you for the great inspiration!

Your absoutley incredible an inspiration for sure....

And a cup cake Omgggggggg your grounded lmao.....  Wait I ate a Hersey kiss last night.....  Moderation is the key to all of this....  I'm now just about 3 years out of wls and yes I eat cake and cookies and not so great stuff sometimes but only sometimes and not a whole bag but a bite or 2..  I have maintained my 110lbs weight loss and have stayed at a size 4.....  And I will never bindge because I will give in time to time with a few bites here and there....  However now  with that being said I didn't do it ever during my honeymoon phase the first year......  I got to were I wanted to be first....  No regrets here!!!

Amazing!

Yes - I think giving in for little treats is so key.  I wanted that cupcake for a couple of days.  Finally I let myself have it.  I enjoyed it.  I didn't beat myself up over it.  I only bought one - ate it and am done.  Its hard to find balance, but I think worth it.  I know the result of never having it -- it builds up until I just have everything.

I am glad you posted this!  It is a journey to find what is best for our individual bodies.  We all say it isn't just the number scale and we mean it......but it takes work and more than a little courage to discover our personal best.  Well done.

Wow, that is some serious strength to get up that rope. Pretty sure if I tried to just jump up a tad and hold that position on a rope for 3 seconds couldn't do it!
