i am having a rougher than normal time on the food front today. I had a extended plastics surgery just two weeks ago and have got absolutely zero appetite. I have been nibbling on soups, protein shakes, cottage cheese, pudding here and there but honestly really am not hungry.

i went into surgery 172 completely dehydrated as per the plan. Had TT, breast lift with augmentation and a small revision to a previous arm lift. Over 10 hours in the or.

usuallu I wake up starving. I a, now over 2 weeks post and could care less about food. I a, eating only because I know how critical protein is to healing. I a, still in a lot of pain which might be part of the problem. I stepped on scale fully clothed today and I am at 163. Doc told me the skin removal and added implants were a wash so she said if I am losing it is all me.

wondering if others experienced a total lack of appetite and if there is anything you nibbled on that helped? The only thing I need to stay away from is salt because that causes swelling.

thanks for your help!
