Whatcha eating today? Sunday, 2/5/2017
Another busy day here, but, seriously, when is it ever not a busy day for me? At least some of the "busy" is getting to go see a movie and running 4.4 miles :D I also get a break from school on Thursday, since my prof is out of town, so that's something to look forward to! Extra time to work - woo!
I have no idea what I'm eating for meal 2 because I'm not sure yet WHEN I'll be eating meal 2. If I eat when I get home from the movie before I run, I have to wait later to run so I can digest. But if I wait to eat until after I run, I won't be eating until 3pm or so. Which.. that's probably okay. So I'll plan on that.
1: protein shake
2: leftover "shaking beef" from last night - mainly sirloin steak cubes, yum
3: ginger mushroom stir-fry (I can't link to the recipe since it's from a cookbook called The Bounty of Chester County. One of my goals for the year is to cook from a different physical cookbook every week - at least two recipes. Normally I'd be posting them to my foodblog, but it's currently down for security overhaul.)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga for stretching
How about you? What's your Sunday looking like? Any grand plans?

I have a brisket in my smoker and later I will smoke crab stuffed portobello shrooms.
Meal #1: just coffee.
This morning before work I discovered half my kitchen had no power - including the fridge! Ugh. We'll see how the other meals pan out. IFing till 2p anyway, just hope I don't wind up with 1 million dollars in needing to get food.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I'm having a cooking and shopping day. I'm making crack slaw, cheeseburger pie, a new recipe with taco fillings over spaghetti squa**** sounds interesting and healthy. Plus Dijon lime chicken, and pulled bbq chicken. It should be a good week for food, if I can stay away from the sweets.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - Mediterranean chicken with apricots and olives - yum
Dinner - one of the new dishes I'm cooking - don't know which yet.
I hope you are all having a good weekend.

Hi everyone,
I grilled up a couple 2" inch rib eye steaks and fresh made kielbasa from a Polish deli. The sodium and fat content compared to the grocery store bought commercial stuff is so much less. It tastes like a completely different piece of meat.
B: 2 eggs, 1 strip bacon
L: It's a mix, 1oz low sodium, 1oz kelibasa, 1oz rib eye
S: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast
