Today is my fourth day of keeping a food log after not losing any weight for two weeks.

 

B: protein shake

L: 1.5 oz of homemakers beef jerky 1 oz cashews

S: 4oz 2% cottage cheese

D: 3oz steak, 1/4 cup green beans

 

Water/ clear liquids: 94oz

Great job!  I feel like keeping a food log, even if it's not super detailed or detailed down to the exact gram of food, really helps me be aware of my eating.
