These long days kill sometimes, but so worth it! Last night I did a product test for Bath and Body works (and got free products to take home!) double win. Also decided to weigh myself this morning. WAY better than I thought. Down 4lbs from that highest grossness I got to. I dig it

B 1/2 shake in 1/3c cup coffee, 2 sausage pattys

L 1/4 cup soup 1/2 veggie burger (string cheese if needed)

Snacks can range from choices of string cheese, nuts & berries, or greek yogurt

D 1/4 cup soup and string cheese. Hopefully I don't go home after the 11 hour day and eat more.

Exercise, nope

Liquids on track

Oh I love bath and body works!  I have tried to submit for those focus groups but I haven't gotten chosen yet.  I'd like to participate in one. Congratulations on the weight loss. Love it when the scale cooperates!

Google product testing sites! I go to a few places and the money is nice, but I really enjoy testing products! Usually 'consumer product testing', or 'focus groups' come up in google search.

Nice job sticking too it.  Love it when the scale agrees!

Wow its Thursday already.  Close to the weekend, but got a lot of work to do before I get there.  My food has been a slight bit crazy lately.  I'm still ok weight wise, but not trending down this week, so want to maybe tighten things a smidge.

L - salad if I can force it or the finals of my leftover chinese

S - yogurt parfait + coffee + maybe a shake

D - chicken thigh & brussel sprouts

S - cottage cheese & berries

My body cooperated and I was actually able to do an intense work out last night! YAY!  This has been a long week and I am soooo ready for the weekend. Hope today goes by with a QUICKNESS!

B: 2 egg muffins and coffee with 1/2 & 1/2

L: Leftover chicken fajita meat and veggies with cheese and sour cream

S: Salted caramel Oikos yogurt, hot peanuts and probably a Starbucks coffee with 1/2 & 1/2

D: Thursday is take-out night at my house.  We go to the gym and then pick up something after.  I think tonight will be wings.  I'll probably have 3 wings and make a small salad at home.

Exercise:  4 mile run/walk

Have a wonderful day everyone!

You beat me to it!  :D  Today is my "spend all day in the library" day, since I've got class from 11:30-12:50 and then choir, on the same campus, at 7pm.  I hate wasting time, so I don't like driving home and back again, which would take about 60 minutes round trip, when I could just study (and be more focused) in the school library for those 6ish hours.

1: protein shake
2: tofu!  (I've already packed my lunch, yay.  I stocked up on my favorite seasoned baked tofu yesterday since it's a great and easy lunch at school.  Better than protein bars for sure.)
3: chicken curry after choir if there's any left...

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga stretching (which I'm about to do - I ran already.)

Happy Thursday, Indeed!  I hope you are all having good weeks, as I am.

I continue to stick to plan and I'm expecting to drop a few pounds if I can keep this up for a while.  I have 5 weeks until I leave for Seville, and a pound per week would put me right where I want to be weight-wise before my trip.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger pie - last piece - sigh its one of my favorites now.

dinner - chicken cacciatorre - yum

snack - ham and green bean casserole or nuts

I'm having friends over for dinner tomorrow and I'm making wasabi tuna, veggies and a salad - that'll be great on plan.  I'm also going to make the chicken with Kalamata olives and apricot dish which is another favorite.  These will help me stay on plan.

have a good weekend, everyone.

Carol
