3 month surgiversary

It's been 3 months since I had surgery.  I am down a total of 63 lbs and I'm thrilled!  It's definitely been hard work but very rewarding.  I'm no longer morbidly obese, just overweight.  In 20 more lbs, I won't even be overweight.  I want to lose 25 more, to reach my goal.  Loving my sleeve!!!

Getting there Dub.  I'm enjoying the journey.  I'm also enjoying having a new wardrobe that's been hanging in my closet for several years.  Thank goodness I kept the classic pieces because I've given away bags and bags of other clothes to the Goodwill.

Great job! Remember that your loss will slow down though so don't get discouraged.

Oh believe me, it already has!!  I started at a lower BMI so it's been slow.  My weight loss journey actually started August 1st, so it's been a 6 month process.  Thank you for your encouraging words!

I've actually been on this journey for 6 months.  I started the pre-op diet 3 months before I had surgery.  Pounds are dropping more slowly now but I'm ok with that.  It's going down and that's what matter.  In the big picture though, it really has been quickly.
