advice on newly sleeved coworker and what she is eating

There was someone in my pre op class's who explained to the group (in great detail) how is wife, at 6 months post op, can eat "normally" by drinking with meals.

 

I don't know why anyone would have major surgery and set them selves up to fail. But I do know that I can't fix them.

Your co-worker is an adult and you've been kind enough to be supportive. You can't make her do something she's not willing to do, so now it's time to be kind to yourself and stop stressing over her issues. She will or will not take care of herself and it's not your problem or responsibility.
