Whatcha eating today? Wednesday, 2/1/2017
So far I have had 3 oz of smoked salmon. After not losing g weight for 2 weeks I have started to plan my meals and keep a food log again.
I will have 4 oz of cottage cheese with 10 grams of Protein powder for lunch, 2 oz of veggies and 3 oz of chicken for dinner and a slice of deli turkey and a slice of cheese at 9 pm.
I'm approaching my year mark since starting my journey and almost 6 months since surgery. This site has always been a big help when I have questions or looking for ideas!
B: 2 medium eggs fried with a sprinkle of cheese, coffee
L: 4 oz grilled chicken
D: cheeseburger Casserole with 1 pickle spear
S: protein bar, and will prolly add a protein shake later to get me over 100 grams of protein for the day.
Water and Vites: on track
Exercise: none today. Wednesday is usually my rest day after doing legs on Tuesday.
