Hi Yvonne!

I will have to try that peanut butter yogurt. I just tried the Oikos triple zero peanut butter banana yogurt yesterday and it was pretty good. A little more banana than PB flavor than I was expecting so I'll have to try yours.  I LOVE PB!!! :-)

Thank goodness I'm back on track after my binge last week.  I'm preparing for Spain - my healthy diversion from local affairs. I want to be below 165 before I leave - but that's 5 weeks from now, so I should be able to do it if I can keep away from the sweets.

breakfast - salmon

lunch - cheeseburger pie

dinner -buffalo chicken spaghetti squash - yum

snack - nuts

I hope you are all well and happy.

So jealous! I wish I could go to Spain right now too! :-)  I would definitely be eating light before that trip because the food over there will be awesome, I'm sure.

No idea what I'm eating today!  If I ever have some free time, I need to do some brainstorming for good "at school" lunches.  They need to require no microwave, but I do have a cooler.  It seems like I'll be eating lunch at school 2.5 days a week.  Doing protein bars for 2-3 lunches a week is really suboptimal.  Tuna pouches and lunch meat both work well enough but.. I dunno.  I just need to think about it.

1: protein shake
2: protein bar (because I didn't think about it and that's what I've got)
3: it's a leftover night, but we don't really have leftovers, so dude is getting food on his way home and I don't know where he's getting food from yet.  Whee!

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yet another thing I'm not sure about.  If I have time to run today when I get home from everything, I will do that.  If I don't have time, I'll just do some yoga.

Clearly not my most thought out day.
