Good morning, all!  I'm finally back down to pre-baby weight!!!  Or at least what I weighed before my one day airport excursion to Houston to pick up my puppy...

 

AM/B: Luscious coffee + ON white chocolate protein

Snow is supposed to come here, and I cant tell how much. I am a snowtard and panic! I have a long day and lots of errands after job1, no job2 today. I hope the snow doesn't make me hibernate at home. I have a focus group tonight for 2 hours that pays $125 to discuss fragrances. Fingers crossed its really only a dusting!

L 1/4 cup lettuce (its all I had) cold cut roll up cut up in it, half a veggie burger I got  from an Amish store.

S I have cottage cheese w/ berries, or nuts

D no idea because of the study at 6-8. I brought extra cold cuts to munch on before we go in. Hopefully I will be strong and just go home and not eat again

Exercise just doesn't exist. Unless my panic attack over snow keeps me heaving breathing, ill call that attack cardio? -_-

Liquids on track (BTW do you cound decaf coffee as a liquid? it has a full PP shake in it, and almond milk)

I went a little snack happy last night.  Gotta remember to drink water tonight and do something puzzle / color / sleep to avoid the snack monster.

Morning, everyone!  Great job, Rachel! 

So.... this may be TMI but I'm not feeling well at all.  I am having gastrointestinal distress BIG TIME for almost a week now.  I almost didn't go to work today but I am leading two training courses and there is no one available to cover them today.  I'm gonna be running to the bathroom all day and that sucks. 

Last night I got home and made dinner for my family but I couldn't eat anything, my tummy hurt so bad.  I had a spoon of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of halo top and that was my dinner. I've been getting headaches every afternoon too. I don't know what's going on... maybe stress. I haven't changed my eating for the past 6 months.  I hope this is over soon! My eating is going to be light today

B: Premier banana protein shake and coffee

L: Yogurt and SF jello cup and Kambuchi drink (hope this will help) 

S: string cheese and 2 oz boar's head chicken

D: No clue... chicken fajitas are planned but depending on how I feel, I may just give the kid last night's leftovers and have something light on my tummy like a smoothie made from home

OMG KittyKarin...I have to thank you!  I'd never heard of Halo Top so I Googled it just now.  Holy cow!  Low sugar ice cream WITH PROTEIN!  I'm dying here!  Best yet, they actually carry it at the Kroger in my little podunk town.  I'm so happy!  Going to the store later today to snag me some...so excited!!

Yay!  Glad you were able to find it.  I am not a huge ice cream fan but sometimes I really want something sweet and cold.  It's expensive but I can make a pint last a while since it's just an occasional treat for me.  I haven't tried all the flavors but my favorite so far is mint chip and birthday cake.  The lemon cake and strawberry were my least favorite but I'd still eat it if you forced me... ;-)  I heard they have new flavors like Oatmeal Cookie and Red Velvet but I haven't been able to find them yet.

Same here about ice cream, but have been looking for some that I could have for those times when I really want something dessert-y.  They carry 3 flavors here--vanilla, mint chip, and birthday cake.  I'm not a fan of mint, but I definitely want to try the other two.  I thought the same thing, too...even if it's a little pricey, it will last a while so I'm good with that :)

Oh, Tummy Distress is no bueno!  Hope you feel better soon!  I've got a meet and greet at 4:30pm for my four foster puppies, so paws crossed they meet some good folks today that will want to adopt them after Valentine's Day when they will be fully vetted and ready to go to their forever homes!  :)

B: 4 oz Activia light vanilla yogurt with 2 T. of Only Chocolate Protein

L: 3 oz Hillshire Deli Thin Turkey, 2% mozzarella string cheese stick, handi snack sugar free cherry jello cup

Thank you!  Hope all goes well with the puppies.  I wish I could adopt one but we live in a condo and I have two old cats who would hate me forever if I brought a puppy in.  One day tho! :-)
