Monday! 12 hour day. I got this! Crazy week as usual but, tomorrow I don't have to go to job2. I am running to the CPA because I attempted to do my taxes online and it looked so wrong. So I will drop them off, then I have a focus group for $125! Stoked for that. I will put it in my Disney fund. BF and I went shopping for 6 hours yesterday. Family was kind enough to give us non fully used gift cards and full ones that they don't want. One step closer to moving in!

D 1/2 cup soup, cheese stick, cold cut roll up

Morning - Greek yogurt and a latte

Afternoon - falafel salad

Evening - think I'm going to have breakfast for dinner - bacon and eggs or oatmeal

Vites - done; Exercise - it's Monday.  I was barely up in enough time to get ready for work.  On the positive side, the weather was beautiful all weekend and the dogs took me out for several long, non-relaxing walks.

IF day! First meal was at 2pm.

Meal #1: protein shake (unflavored 30g protein, water, splash of black cherry SF Torani syrup)

Meal #2: "pizza" - 4 oz of meat pressed thin, baked, topped with pepperonis and tomato sauce.  No cheese 'cause no dairy.

Meal #3: Shrimp that are literally 1oz each - they are huge!  Eating 4 with some ghee, shallots, parsley, and 1/2 tsp of wine cooked together.  1/2c of riced cauliflower and broccoli cooked in the same sauce if there is room.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
