Whatcha eating today? Saturday, 1/28/2017
A few days ago, I had a very high calorie/carb day. I didn't go back and edit that day but mentioning it now. It was after dinner and I gave in to unexpected grazing. All healthy foods but still... Grazing which I usually forbid myself to do. Emotionally, I figured out why, and went back on track the very next day.
As usual, after a big calorie spike, the next day, and every day since I've dropped quite a bit of weight, effectively breaking my stall. I'm relieved.
B: Coffee w/ 1T cream + collagen protein powder
S: 2T Kefir cheese
L: 2 oz sashimi (tuna & salmon), 2T rice, mango
S: chicken
D: cauliflower pizza
Water: behind a bit 5 of 8 glasses so working on it.
Exercise: 1 hr aerobic
vit: on track
