Whatcha eating today? Friday, 1/27/2017
Hi Gwen,
Boy, I can relate to how you feel. This week I had my first binge eating since I started the weight loss process 4 years ago. I'm back on track, but the urge to binge is still lurking. I'm smitten by some chocolate brownie cookies with a dollop of vanilla frosting, and its a battle every time I go into the food store.
I'd like to hear more about your experience with binge eating disorder and how the meds work, side-effects, etc. I don't want this craving to do me in, and its powerful.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash
snack - almonds
dinner - chili
If I can make it thru the evening without snacking, I'll be back on track.
Happy weekend, everyone.
Carol
