Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 1/26/2017
This week has been sucky, let me just state that now! My cycle is all messed up and my hormones are out of control. I am doing ok with food but my body is so rundown right now. Just trying to make it through the week!
B: Hard boiled egg, turkey sausage link and coffee with 1/2 & 1/2
L: Low carb turkey chili with cheese
S: Pistachios and probably a starbucks coffee
D: Crabcake and a side with goat cheese, bacon and olive oil
Exercise: Going to the gym tonight and we'll see what I can do!

I'm jealous. Falafel is the ONE thing that my stomach just won't tolerate post-op. Totally sucky since I love them.
