Exercise victory...albeit a small one!

Great job, Cathy, on starting a low impact cardio routine and eating right. Knee issues are frustrating. Are you a contender for a knee replacement? I had one two 1/2 years ago, osteoarthritis - bone on bone, and made all the difference in the world with one knee. All treatments had been exhausted. Sparkpeople has a lot of low impact, exercise, videos that are great if you are looking for more options. Keep it up! High Five!
I can't explain it, but after years of avoiding exercise, I now get cranky when I can't?
Found out this week I have arthritis in both knees. Not fun. Got cortisone shots, and had to skip my class later that day. Now I'm "itchy" that I couldn't go.
re: Swimsuits - Lands End has some with great coverage, including some with shorts. My friend likes to wear "board shorts" from the men's dept. to Aquasize. She says it helps avoid chafing.
