What a cutie, Rachel!  I have 4 of my own rescue poochies and can't imagine my life without them!  Congrats!

 

B: Suisse Mocha decaf/sugar free in 8 oz skim milk

S: strawberries/1/2 cup cottage cheese

L: 2/3 c. beef cabbage soup

D: 3 oz pan seared chicken breast and 3 oz of Papa Murphy's Mediterranean Salad

 

Water still slowly getting to around 50-60 oz.  I've got to get that up!

Spring term started today!  So I missed posting this because I was dealing with reading syllabi and printing a billion things.  

1: protein shake
2: deli meat/cheese in a bowl
3: roasted beef tenderloin, béarnaise sauce

liquids and vitamins: on track
exercise: yoga!

How cute, Rachel!! I have four furkids and love them so much! 

 

B: 2T homemade kefir cheese w/ chili powder, string cheese, 2.6 oz grapefruit

S: Coffee with 1T cream, collagen protein powder

L: 3 oz chicken w/ black bean sauce, romaine lettuce

S: 1/2 c homemade milk kefir, 1/8c blueberries, 1/4 c protein granola

D: (will probably be a steamed artichoke + grilled fish)

 

Water & vitamins on track

Morning - bacon, a few sips of a premier protein drink, latte

Afternoon - grilled Italian sausage and peppers with marinara   

Evening - either leftovers from lunch or pork chops, Halo Top ice cream

Skipped exercise.  Vites done.

Love the puppy!!! I have 2 foo foo furries, ones older ones a year and a half spoiled rotten. 

 

1st day full liquids-

B G2 and multivitamin water

L 1/4 C strained/thinned broccoli cheddar soup

S 1/2 premier protein shake

D 1/4 C strained/thinned broccoli cheddar soup

S 2 tsp light fit Greek yogurt thinned 

 

52 ounces of fluids getting close to 64 ounce goals.
