Week 2 back at work and things are finally settling down.
B1 isopure protein shake
B2 mini baked egg cup with spinach, black beans, pepperjack, and leftover rotisserie chicken
L rotisserie chicken thigh
D either tuna pouch or leftover beef vegetable soup
S sugar free popsicle
Congrats on the successful weekend!
I am 4.5 months post op and my weight has been the same since early December, going back and forth between the same 5 pounds. Trying not to get discouraged because I know it is part of the process.
I have have not been consistent with my water, so I am working on that. I used to be able to get in a gallon a day, now I am struggling with getting in 6 cups. I will persevere and overcome this challenge.

Today we will be enjoying soothing clear liquids. Tummy troubles yesterday were ridiculous. To say any more would be Complete TMI.
I've got a call in to the surgeon's office, but if I don't hear from them soon, I'm going to talk to the GI.
On a positive note, I started going through my clothes to weed out those that are too big. Most will be going to the thrifty; a few will go to a young lady I know who has a need for some new things.
Liquid: Gotta step it up. I'm usually closer to goal by this time of day.
Vites: Can't wait to finish these chewables.
Exercise: If my tummy settles down, there will be Zumba later.
VSG on 11/15/16 . . . HW: +/- 265 . . . SW: 252 . . . CW: 187 (as of 5/22/17)
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet w/cheese and spinach and coffee w/heavy cream no sugar
Mid morning snack: Light and Fit Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Leftover pesto chicken breast, 4 oz
Mid afternoon snack: coffee! Handful of jerky
Dinner: Salmon w/roasted veggies
I may have a peice of fruit for dessert.
I have lost my 2 pounds gain, so I'll be adding some whole grains back into my diet again.
Today was a "rest" day from exercise, although I did shovel the driveway from yet another snow storm. I miss my outdoor walking and biking :(
