I'm up super early to go into DC for the march.  Woo!  

Meals today?  Who knows.  Maybe protein bars all day!  But I'll get lots of liquids and exercise.  So that's a good thing.

L leftovers from Logans,  steak,  grilled mushroom skewer and sweet potato 

D thin crust pizza 

S Greek yogurt and turkey sausage snack sticks

Two eggs and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast. 

A chili from Wendy's right now. 

Most likely pork loin for dinner. 

Possibly cheese or beef jerky for a snack but not likely considering how busy / far behind I am.
