E: Airdyne (HIIT), bands
Congrats your class is almost over. I finally have a day without any meetings, so I was hopeful to get a lot of work done, but the day is getting sucked up with random time consuming activities. Oh well I will make the best use of the time possible.
B - fit frappe & coffee
L - meatballs
S - kind bar / protein shake
D - stuffed mushrooms & need some kind of veggie
S - Cottage cheese & berries
E - crossfit: jump rope, rope climbs, wall walks & practicing stuff I want to nail - like pull ups.
Oh the random time consuming activities. They're the doom of all of us.

What a great post! I'm definitely getting more ideas.
Today I had:
B: 42g Protein drink.
L: Half of a hamburger patty with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
D: I still don't know what I'm having for dinner. Maybe some boiled chicken or a 3 oz filet with green beans. Yum!
Last night I started having cravings for junk. My mom recently bought powdered doughnuts, and I really wanted one. But I avoided it, and went to bed. Who knew I could resist, especially when the craving was strong? I feel like my resistance to junk grows weekly.
B: skipped (had an early appointment, my 4 month post-op check in, blood test perfect, 42.1 lbs down since revision.)
S: Coffee w/ creamer and scoop of unflavored protein powder
L: Steamed crayfish ~4 oz meat, 1/3 c string beans in black bean sauce, 1 oz sashimi
S: 1/2 granny smith apple, string cheese
D: not sure yet (big lunch :P so I should skip lol)

Maintenance phase here so stats reflect this- and posting because my calories are Ok, but the quality is not. Looking to clean that up.
B- just my supplements, but hey I remembered them!
L- bean soup, 3/4 cup
S- Belvita breakfast biscuit things
D- cube steak (did not weight but about 3-4 ounces), 1 very small canned potato (don't judge, we were out of fresh) with a bit of gravy
S- brownie/cookie not a huge quantity, but still not quality. Especially given my protein is so low.
Missing- lots of protein and veggies. It was creamed spinach at dinner and my digestive system kind of freaks out with a lot of high fat stuff so skipped it.
