Sure, putting people on diets and exercising works every time to help people lose weight. No one ever regains weight they lost (except that pesky 95% of all dieters). Obviously all us big fat people never heard of eating less and moving more. POOF - I'm cured!
B: Scrambled Egg with 1 slice turkey bacon
L: Leftover marinated pork (about 4 ozs), Steamed Edamame
Snack: Either babybel cheese or Oikos yogurt
D: Portabello mushroom stuffed with spinach, cheese, pizza sauce and pepperoni
Exercise: Just walking on my breaks today. I need a rest day!

Hello everyone! Today was just another normal work day. Nerves are up a bit though because im having some revision done to part of my inner lip from a dog attack scar that has been causing some issues and pain. Needless to say i'm be on liquids tomorrow or at east half the day. :(
B: 2 eggs fried with a sprinkle of cheese, Coffee
L: 4 oz grilled chicken
S: 6 cheese cubes and 1/4 cup cashews.
D: Turkey bean chili with a spoonful of greek yogurt and sprinkle of cheese
S; Protein drink if Im still low on protein for the day.
Vit: done
Water: half done
Exercise: Walking
B: String cheese, , 2T homemade Kefir cheese, 2.5 oz orange
S: Coffee + 1T heavy cream, scoop of collagen protein
L: 3 oz ground beef, 1 oz cheese, 1T beans, salsa & hot sauce
S: Coffee + 1T heavy cream & Genepro unflavored protein
D: 3 oz baked salmon, small salad with tomatoes
Water, Vit, Exercise on track
