M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
The times you shouldn't double are those involving calcium and iron. You need to take no more than 500-600mg Calcium CITRATE at a time, 2 hours apart. And you should leave 2 hours between Iron and Calcium for absorption.

I've missed doses on several occasions, mainly because I run out the door for the day and forget to take them with me. I do not recommend this, but I do want to say that it is something that we build up in our systems for the long haul. If you miss a dose here and there, it won't be a huge deal. If you go days without taking them, then you may have problems.
Ive put mine on my desk so I HAVE to look at them every morning. It helps.
