S - protein bar (had a doctor's appt and some errands to run)
L - 1 cup lettuce and tomato with 2 oz tuna salad on top
S - Light and fit greek yogurt
D - Ceasar Salad with 3 oz baked chicken breast
W - working on
V - done
E - walked this morning, will be over 10,000 steps
B: 4 oz premier shake, 4 oz water

L: 2 oz cottage cheese,2 oz Greek yogurt, 1 oz tuna ( weird but true)
