How much?
Not at that stage myself but know people who are. It seems like people get their hunger urge back at 8-10 months and start having to deal with cravings or start adding a forth meal or snacks to their plan. Something to watch out for.
I can't see you picture but I'm pretty sure your are male. So yes men can usually eat 6_8 oz at a meal, including 4 oz of dense protein. The grilled chicken Caesar salad has 29 grams of Protein. The lettuce 95% water so once you chew it there is barely any volume left. The other veggies will digest quickly. so I would say that a MacDonald salad is smaller that the average portion I have seen men 9 months post WLS who are still losing weight eat.
Hope this helps!
I don't eat at McDonalds, and rarely eat at Panera. When I do eat at Panera, I get salad, and I eat the chicken first and then, maybe, 2-3 bites of lettuce.

I can't eat any salad. Because, you know, I'm not livestock. Salad? Why would you do that to yourself?

I'm pretty much a meatatarian. I usually have a Quest bar for brwakfast, and maybe one other snack if I haven't eaten enough.
The last green thing I ate was some cheese that was starting to turn.

Deno,
I'm 2.5 years post-op (VSG). But at 9 months post-op I could certainly eat that much. And no, I was not a meatatarian -- although I was probably eating 90-100 grams of protein at that point (still do). Nine months out I was also eating a lot of colored veggies, a few fruits and some whole grains.
These days (after losing 100 pounds and keeping it all off thus far) I eat about 1,700 calories/day -- of dense protein, colored veggies, whole grains, and about 300-400 calories/day of "treat" foods.
Hope this is helpful.
