It's been a bit since I have posted on this thread, but I need to get back on track. After an ER visit last week that turned up with me not only really dehydrated but over medicated on synthroid, I've been in this little bubble of trying to figure things out. Ive been to nervous to work out until I got the dehydration and over medication under control. I think I am back to a good state of health now and ready to hit the gym again after some short time off. 

I am 91 pounds down since starting my journey in February of 2016. 

 

B: 2 eggs with 1 slice of Sargento ultra thin cheese, Coffee

L: Taco casserole with a little dollop of Greek yogurt

D: Turkey bean Chili

S: 6 cheese cubes, 1/4 cup cashews, Protein shake

W: working on it

V: switched to fusion chewable tablets and they are so much easier to take

E: none today, but back at it tomorrow.

I hope you feel better. Even at almost a year out, I get dehydrated easily if I am not on top of my water intake.

Slept all dy, gonna work all night.

B 2 pieces bacon 2 eggs

L 2 pieces bacon 2 slices provolone cheese

D 2 slices bacon. 1/2 avocado

S tuna pouch or protein bar if I am hungry in the a.m.

W working on it

E no but I will probably walk 20,000 steps tonight.

I'm still in soft/mechanical and I pissed off my stomach and woke to choking on bile this morning.  That was awful. I was nauseous and freaked out all morning.

breakfast that took me till 2:00 to finish: premier protein shake

lunch (2:00): 1/2 c turkey chili from Whole Foods

Snack 1 (4:00):  1/2 broccoli cheddar soup

dinner (7:00): 3 meatballs, 2 T sauce, 1 T grated Parmesan 

Snack 2: premier protein.

water on track. Protein >80g.

L: 3 oz Ground beef with olive oil, soy sauce, onions & jalapenos, american cheese on a cauliflower crust

D: 3 oz Baked salmon, aritchoke hearts, green mango with chili powder

Exercise: 1 hr cycling
