Great rules, Liz. I'm a rule follower by nature, so that helps with the weight loss. I think I just gave myself permission to loosen the rules somewhat after the loss was over and that is such a slippery slope.

Yes - I've been there!  I can't take credit for these though - I compiled them by researching what the successful vets were doing and asking questions when I needed clarity.  I credit my success so far to OH members (and my surgeon).
