No cliff jumping. I had my frustrations over there but I enjoyed the core group of people there. When that eroded I said what I wanted to say and I left. I don't do farcebook so here I am.

You will be a significant asset (all of those letters, not just a partial word) on this webite.  Glad to see you and others over here too.

I've seen LittleBill's recent pictures. His significant ass is gone! 

Unfortunately, the same can not be said to my wife when I am in a picture. :)

Hi, Bill.  I'm an ex-BP'er, too -- although I stopped posting there about 6 months ago, probably leaving before you appeared there.  

This OH joint looks like "WLS for Grown-Ups" -- which is right up my alley.  :)

BTW, I had VSG surgery 2.5 years ago.  Lost 100 pounds and have kept it all off.  I'm a huge fan of the sleeve and permanent lifestyle changes.
