Happy Saturday.

I'm off to a party this evening, so I'm not predicting a good weight-loss day.  I just hope its not a gainer.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - Enchilada casseroes

Dinner - pot luck.  I'm bringing meatballs, so I know I'll have a good choice, but I fear the deserts will overwhelm my will power.

I hope you are all having a good weekend.

Carol

Returned boots to REI and then biked.  Off to a movie, "Moonlight" with hubby. Update:  So much for the movie, the lot was filled we decided better off going tomorrow.  Not into crowds.

  1.  Kashi Go Lean, low fat Greek yogurt, blueberries
  2. Javapro/Protein shake/Fairlife Milke
  3. Didn't feel like cooking. Had sardines and peas. Yummo!

32' biking - 8.4 miles, plank (in a competition, should be careful w/ abs right now)

Good thing the ice missed you, Cathy!  Sounds pretty treacherous  up there.

Have a great rest of the day everyone.

Crazy, crazy, crazy, CRAZY day!  Pick up mum at the airport, if the airplane comes, because she's coming from Indy via Denver to Tucson. After I got her home, I ran to my place and showered real quick cos a furniture store I LOVE is having a close out sale on displays, etc.  RUN over there...  I used to race.  I have a prius, but that baby can burn rubber when I want her to!  I arrived at the furniture store, which was PACKED, but the dining set I wanted was still available!  Not a HUGE discount, but enough that I basically got two of the chairs for free...

I officially LOVE the Vanilla Premier Protein.  I am going to be making a lot of trips to costco over the next two weeks because this is going to become a HUGE staple for me.

Also figured out last night that my wonderful Sugar Free 5 Sparrows White Mocha (manna from heaven) is 35 carb contributor each and every morning to daily carb count.  I was in major sticker shock!

AM: Coffee (with the carb perpetrator) + ON white chocolate protein

L: Premier Protein Vanilla Shake

D: 1 Piece 14" Papa Johns thin crust Chicken Cordon Bleu

S: Turkey Breast

S: L&F Greek

Water (gotta catch up) & Vites

Awesome you got a steal on your dining table and chairs.  That is great you are loving the vanilla Premier Protein.  I haven't heard of 5 Sparrows.   Bum there is so many carbs.

It's xylitol and stevia sweetened.  5 Sparrows is THE BOMB!!!!  I used to use Giradelli SF white mocha, and Torani SF white mocha, both syrups, but they were still in the 300 to 400 calorie per (my) serving size.  5 Sparrows is only 175 cal for the same quantity of flavor.  I'll never give it up.  I may decrease it for a little.

Went out for a late lunch.

Odd for me....in that the plan was to watch football at home and grill some eats.

I ordered some tasty blackened fish & shrimp and hit the salad bar.  My small salad consisted of spinach, red onions, eggs, bacon, tomato, soybeans a  small amount of blue cheese dressing and 4 croutons.  I ate exactly 1/2 of it all and the rest for breakfast today, lol.

No real exercise....gonna hump it hard at the gym in the morning.

Live, love and make the most out of what your surgeon has done for you...........live your life without excuses and without regrets.
