VSG Scheduled 1/17/17

Hello All! I'm Erin, and I have a VSG scheduled in T-4 days. 5'7" tall HW: 283 CW: 225. I'm deep into my pre-op diet now and really, really wishing for something other than protein shakes, yogurt and cottage cheese! I'm excited and also terrified for my surgery! I can't wait to really start losing!

Only four more days - woo hoo! I hope you have a great surgery!

My VSG is on the 23rd and I'm nervous and excited. It's normal.

Good luck to you as well! It looks like we're starting out at similar spots! 

Not much longer and you will be eating puréed!! Before all this started I dreaded the puréed phase, once I got to it mush never tasted so fine!

It's normal to feel the way you are feeling. I am only beginning the journey.  My surgery won't be for about six months.  All the best to you and much success.

Yay, not too far away.  The liquid pre-op is challenging but before you know it you will be eating real foods.  I felt the same, excited and scared.  It still seems so surreal that I had the surgery.  Will be thinking of you.  Hope to see you back on here soon.
