I have never been more in need of a four day weekend since I first started college. My current class is soul-sucking. But I'm in PA with my mom until Sunday and life is good!
1: protein shake
2: going to a place for lunch, they have quiche, so I think I'll be getting quiche
3: no idea, we haven't talked about dinner
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga!

Hi All,
I had a stressful busy week, too, and today is all about relaxing and cooking.
I'm going to make chicken salad and an enchilada casserole today. Neither are really low cal, but I'm needing a change in diet to keep me on plan. And I've been losing weight lately, so I can splurge a little.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken salad over spiralized cucumbers with spicy peanut sauce - yum
dinner - enchilada casserole - yum

My anxiety level is a little high today. I was expecting to have a nice semi 4 day weekend (work from home today). They had layoffs yesterday, so that is a little scary. I left work a little early yesterday because I had finished my work and was exhausted. By the time I got into my car, I got a BIG e-mail from my bosses boss asking for ALOT of things that I didn't have the answers for -- and wanting it prior to leadership meetings next week. I was able to make a lot of progress on it, but am still anxious about it. We have a 7 am meeting on it on Tuesday morning, so I have the weekend to stress out. It will be fine -- I got a great workout in at lunch that definitely helped me relieve some of the stress.
