It's Thursday!  As a full time student, I tend to only have class M-Th, but this weekend is even better since I get to spend it with my mom!  Woo!  I'll be heading up north after class, running, stretching, and packing.  

1: protein shake
2: sardine salad
3: no idea, since meal planning is on my mom

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga for stretching

WOOHOO!!!  Today is my Friday too, Gwen!!  Mom is out of town, and my 94 year-old grammy is looking after my dad for the day til I get off work.  Then I get to go spend the weekend with my daddy.  I really enjoy spending time with him.  We watch Marvel Movies and Star Wars. And laff about silly stuff.  It's good.

Almost done with this cray week!

B 1/2 shake in coffee, 3 sausage links

L turkey burger with sautéed onions, and cauliflower rice w/ some other veggies like corn and peas

D not sure, any suggestions as to what to get at Qdoba? Going with my BF after job2, we have errands to run.

S if needed 1/2 greek yogurt with berries.

The temp. is going to be 70 today. Looking forward to a great weekend.  Hoping to go to another movie this weekend.  Saw "Hidden Figures" last weekend, I recommend. 

B:  Kashi Go Lean, low fat Greek yogurt (out of berries )

D I making a new dish that has chicken,  spinach,  fresh mushrooms, cream cheese and cheese.

I'm having a really hard time staying on track. Work and home are more stressful than usual and I'm just struggling. I feel so much better when I eat high protein, low carb and I stay full so much longer and eat less. I just need to take it one bite at a time. Today has already not been great, but I'm going to try and finish the day strong,

B: 2 baby bel and 1 laughing cow cheeses with 5 Ritz crackers

S: (this was my bad start) apple cobbler with ice cream in our class

L: ham and potatoes 

D: I'm not sure yet...probably leftover ham or leftover pork from Qdoba
