My mom mixes hers with cold milk first then stirs in the coffee. I wait till my coffee cools a bit.
One cool thing - if you haven't seen or heard of them - you can now get self-stirring mugs. batteries in the bottom, button on top of the handle. AWESOME!! BUT UNFORTUNATELY, they don't come in large sizes that I have seen - yet.
Hey rachel...correction to my previous answer. I use refrigerated FF half and half in my coffee, and had put it in before I added the ON Cinn Bun protein. I didn't have a clumping issue, but today I thought I better try it in the hot coffee straight after it was made. CLUMP CITY! So, you definitely have to make sure your coffee is cooled down to under 140 degrees before adding it, just like any other whey protein. Mine was 135 today after I added the cream and it stirred in fine. Hope this helps!

Hi! I love those shakes and I make them even nicer by putting them in my blender with two or three frozen strawberries or blueberries and some of my fiber powder. It will make the shake thicker and colder and foamy. Yummie!
