Whatcha Eatin' Today? Wednesday 11JAN17
Well, I just suffered my first Premier Protein Shake. NOT TOO SHABBY! I had been told they were gross tasting, so I went for the vanilla. I can handle that! It's on sale at Costco right now, a box for 19.99, so I'm gonna go get more.
Had a great ab workout this morning!
AM post work out: Premier Protein Shake
AM: coffee
B: L&F greek
L: Chicken breast and quinoa
D: Turkey breast
S: Premier Protein Dark Chocolate Mint Protein Bar (spendy, but good. Something better for breakfast than before bed)

yay! I love the chocolate, I was afraid to try vanilla. If that's the sale at Costco right now, I need to get there and buy 100 boxes.
Only a 10.5 hour day. BF's mom is making a smoked ham dinner tonight.
B shake in coffee
L turkey chili
D smoked ham, not sure what sides but she usually makes some veggie side.
S if needed before the later dinner, 1/2 greek yogurt or I have 2 baby bel cheese just in case
Exercise, walking to the bathroom is my exercise at work. It's out of the office and down the hall.
Water on track!
The sale started on the 5th- but is on through the 29th. It says limit 2, but I have to wonder if that it is per visit, or if it keeps track of your membership #?? Anyway, yesterday, all that was left was a few vanillas. I saw a few banana cremes in a return cart. I don't particularly like 'artificial' flavors, so I tend to stay away from fruit flavors...

Good Morning! Great job getting your ab workout in. I am warming up to the shakes again. You're doing awesome. Great to know the shakes are on sale.

I hit a milestone with my weight this morning -- super happy :) now just need to keep being reasonable (not eating too little) and just keep chugging along & paying attention.

S - yogurt, strawbbiers, protein shake

S - cottage cheese & blueberries

Hi everybody! Been absent for a few days due to our 4 foster puppies breaking with Parvo over the weekend. :( They are doing much better now though. Due to all the diligent sanitizing and disinfecting I had to do and the stress, I actually had a 3 lb loss, which I happily will take! :)
B- 1/3 cup 1% cottage cheese, 3 oz vanilla non-fat yogurt
S- Kraft 2% mozzarella string cheese
L- 3 oz. loose meat (like maid rite) and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
D- 3 oz. Mahi Mahi, 1/3 c. sautéed onions, zucchini, green pepper
S- 1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
Water and vites in! Walking at work for exercise.
